Lindsey Hardin has been practicing Taiji Chuan (Tai Chi) for 20 years. She practiced the forms through both pregnancies, and feels tai chi has deepened her self discipline and challenges her in the best of ways. Tai Chi is a complicated martial arts, but approachable for all body types and abilities. Lindsey teaches Simplified Yang 24 form. Building a strong foundation and then moving through the form is key to developing a solid practice that will last you a lifetime.
